Uncle John's Pancake House - Feedback

What Eva Chin doesn't like about Uncle John's Pancake House:
The place was not busy and got seated immediately.Excellent buttermilk pancakes and sausages. unfortunately, that was the end of the story.Had buttermilk pancakes, crepes, big boy breakfast, classic breakfast, and French toast. Crepes are more like tortillas, eggs are dry, ham steak is burned, Frenchtoast undercooked. beacons and hashbrowns are acceptable. Coffee was not worth the price...burned. View all feedback. Neighborhood gem. I should have gotten pancakes, but old habits are hard to deny. Pancakes were always a filler for us, because meat was so dear. Then, I order too much! I was practicing Spanish and meant to order only one meat, but got all three. The sausage was delicious, as was the pan de trigo which is usually dry, but their wheat toast was really flavorful.
