Round Table Pizza - Campbell

First of all- the best pizza ever created heralds from Round Table. But not all locations are operated at the same level of excellence as this location specifically… which is awesome, the owner gives great customer service. And they’re fast!

Tonight this location had to deal with a homeless person having a mental health issue and she was, at times, acting aggressively. I had ordered a pizza to go beforehand, and was asked to wait outside. After the homeless person left (and made threatening gestures to me) Ms. Dawson came out with my pizza and apologized for the delay. And it was great pizza too, all the more notable because of the stress.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we visited this magnificent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a lovely evening there with delicious cooking and an efficient stuff and a distinguished cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back soon. We highly recommend.

This place makes pizza the way pizza should be made! Period. The last two times I’ve gotten pizza here however has not been a pleasant experience nor has the pizza been as good. Perhaps the ingredients- everyone knows how difficult food production and product is to get right now. But it has the same taste as the cardboard it comes in. Overcooked as well. Sweet staff— ALL except for the “owner, Liz”. Makes it difficult to return. But she’s since acknowledged her poor phone etiquette in a kind voicemail. Running a business can be tough and trying to stay afloat especially through all everyone has experienced with the pandemic can make it hard to be positive daily. It is important to still remember to treat your customers who support you with kindness and respect. I appreciate the message from her. Cheers!
