I ordered the Bibimbap Rice with pork, vegetables, and an egg on top. It was okay, but I expected it to have more flavor. The sauce that accompanied the dish was good, but I think it needed a touch more sweetness. The service was acceptable, but nothing special. I found it a bit overpriced for what it was. I'd be willing to eat here again if necessary, but I would prefer to try something else.

The food here is excellent! I've been coming for a long time and I do miss the previous owners. I really appreciate the complimentary chocolate at the end. Your food is consistently fantastic!

Having moved from Vancouver, where there are many excellent sushi options, I found Sushi Mong to be quite impressive! I would definitely visit again if I'm in Campbell River!

This restaurant is located on the main drag of Campbell River called Shoppers Row. The restaurant is located in the space where San Marcos Restaurant used to be. The family that own the restaurant now are really nice people from Korea. The food is the best in Campbell River. Sushi is fresh and large rolls with plenty of choices of Sushi and Sashimi to choose from. I highly recommend trying Sushi Mong once as I am sure you will come back for more as we do. The prawn tempura is excellent as are the gyoza's and the Chicken/Beef/Vegetable UDon bowls for those that like Japanese/Korean food but not sushi. I love coming back here for food as it is always fresh and the owners are wonderful people.

OMG. Had the new starter Savory shrimp. Could not stop eating them. Sunomono salad was perfect and dynamite roolds were to die for. FRESH FRESH AND FRESH. Well done. Will definitely be back.
