What happened to this place on Dogwood? Very dirty, sloppy sandwich production and service unfriendly. It was always a “going” for the nutrition of children, but not anymore. If you don't know how to wear a mask, don't wear it! More risks than if you don't. Yes!

Worst customer service experience ever. (from someone who works in customer service) screamed the woman who worked in front of me, and then she screamed at my family to all of us because we wouldn't say that our orders fast enough, even tho, we would say what we wanted, at the speed they were on the sub. She would also disgusted faces to us every time we said what we wanted on our sub, what I think is because she finds it rough, but if you work with food that shouldn't do as you should.

At noon a lady went to go for sandwiches. There was 5min, no one looked at me, no one recognized me, no call I called back for more ppl. Fully ignore... expired

I feel bad for the ladies working in here. Clear lack of basic training provided as well as customer service skills. Soup was cold.
