I don’t know if they’ve stopped offering straws for the bubble tea or were out of stock, but there’s none on display in store (except ones for sale ? and it wasn’t provided with the tea. Made it impossible to drink my bubble tea slush, I had to wait for it to melt to drink it which pretty much ruins the drink experience. Appears to be a popular place ..Many drinks to choose from and there's dessert also..Staff very helpful helping me choose.Would go back another time
They have Rooibos tea. Mmmmmmmmm The only place in Campbell River. You can buy packages of it too. Other places have rooibos but it's mixed with cinnamon or vanilla.Wonderful lemon bread with raspberries and a lemon cream cheese icing.

If they are keeping them behind the counter that’s extremely poor practice, some people are in a rush and don’t have time to be trying to get the attention of staff for something as simple as a straw.
