Dropped in to have lunch and were treated to a sample of the new menu under Chef Jamie... Just the best food we had eaten in a long time... Salmon, Stuffed Chicken and Braised Short Rib AMAZING!!!! ...Everything was perfectly cook and looked amazing on the plate. Companion sauces were all perfectly matched to the dishes. Can`t say enough about Jamie`s food. A new face in town. And a much needed influx of cooking skill... View all feedback.

Seems as though allot of people have had a bad experience with the guy who works in the pro shop. Very rude and confrontational, threatens to take the keys away from people who have paid for cart rentals. I won't be visiting again due to his unfriendly demeanor. Maybe the owners should take a look at all people who are no longer spending ~$80 at their establishment due to this guy. View all feedback.

Found the course interesting although is was quite wet when we went out. Because one of our gals can't walk far we rented carts for the 4 or us. The gal who checked us in was very nice an friendly did not say anything about keeping the carts on the paths only so we started out and were using the 50 deg. policy. We weren't half way down hole #1 when the guy in the restuarant came ripping out and said in a very unfriendly voice that we were to keep the carts on the path and that if it occurred again the maintenance crew would remove our cart keys and we would have to walk. We told him no one had told us but we would comply. He said yes she did (how would he know, he wasn't in the proshop). I would play the course again as long as I didn't have to talk to this guy - assumed the way he was talking that he was part owner.
The club house is a very nice building inside and out, nice bar but no real restaurant just a sandwich bar..., the golf course is quite primative, and they have creative bill writing abilities, cart rental, trail fees, round of golf a sandwich and beer bye bye $100 no wonder there was hardly anyone playing, eating or enjoying a drink on this average golf course with the big price tag...
We went there on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty hot. We asked why the course was so empty? They said cause everyone was out fishing. In the time we were there, we only saw one other group. When we were paying our fees, I encouraged my companions to rent a cart. The employee( yes he was the only employee, proshop restaurant and why) informed us we should be good without. As it was 32 degrees that day, I could not go on after walking 9 holes. When we hit the proshop, I asked the employee if he could give me a rate on a cart for the back 9. He said no and still wanted to charge me 40 bucks. All 15 carts sat there idle. He didn't care that I could not finish the course without a cart due to the heat. I was not about to pay another 40 bucks to play on this course. So I never finished the round. I forgot to mention that you have a 10 minute hike between holes on the 4th, which wore me out in the sun. I will never give this course another cent or any other properties they own. Worst game ever.
It's a great course to play, some fairways are a little close together though. I miss the driving range as I'm sure others do too. I really miss the golf and meal deal they used to do…be great if they brought that back. Maybe like a burger and 9 holes deal again? I know me and a whack of other guys would play here a lot more often if there was a food and golf deal again. All in all it's a nice course
