read moreDespite mixed reviews, the MVP Pub in Campbell River seems to offer great service and decent prices. However, the food quality is inconsistent, with some dishes being disappointing and even causing illness. The atmosphere is a bit run-down, but the friendly staff and prompt service make up for it. The pub side appears livelier than the restaurant area. Overall, it seems a hit or miss experience depending on what you order. The appy platter was a highlight for some, while others found dishes like the wings lacking flavor. Despite some shortcomings, the MVP Pub might be worth a visit for drinks and ambiance.
