Incredibly nice experience yesterday morning, I ordered a breakfast meal through the drive thru and when I went to pay realized my card had expired and did not have any cash on me. Without missing a beat they immediately let me know the meal was on them and not to worry about it. And the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for your friendliness! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The service here is quite lacking! It’s slow, and they often forget orders. Do they even understand how drive-thru works? The counter service is disappointing as well. It’s really not worth the wait; you’re better off going to the city or even Walmart for McDonald’s! Parking is a hassle too, since it’s shared with a gas station. I will definitely only come back here as a last option! View all feedback.
What can I say!? It's McDonald's, you go there for a reason...because you like it and crave it.
Absolutely terrible. slow as hell all the time and food is always cold
Expect something to be missing from your order or not to be able to understand the person working the drive through.
Sometimes the drive through staff compliment my dog.
Not very happy with the McDonald's we have on the island Highway here in Campbell River every time you go there their special machine is either not working or when you're working nights you go there they're not open and it says 24 hours on the sign and I do realize that we have problems everywhere was keeping stuff but if you have space that says 24 hours and when you do security RCMP truck drivers and that need the place so that they can get their coffee and maybe a bite to eat when they need it so not impressed with the McDonald's in Campbell River here we need a 24-hour place where people can get coffee get us something to eat and it to be open
