Another good Japanese restaurant in Campbell River, this one run by Japanese. A bit more pricey than the usual Japanese/Korean places, and a more limited menu but the food served is of high quality. They also serve Japanese beer from Okinawa and the decor is as close to Japanese as I have seen outside of Japan. This is a genuine sushi and Japanese cuisine restaurant. Everything was top quality, nicely presented and the service was very good.
Great sushi and they happily catered to my requests to avoid food issues and had gluten free soya sauce.
A little pricey, but excellent fare. The sushi chef is the wife of the original owner, and is almost as good as he was. Still an excellent meal.
