Pizza Hut - Camp Hill

One of the toppings on the pizza was clearly spoiled, making it rancid and inedible. I contacted PH through their "Contact Us" link and received a generic response the next day, stating that I would hear back from the restaurant within three days. However, I never received any follow-up from them. Given their failure to adhere to basic food safety practices, I do not consider it safe to order from this location.

I visited the restaurant today with my fiancé, and unfortunately, we encountered rude staff from the moment we walked in. We placed a pick-up order but were never asked to provide our name or number. The staff at the counter were unwelcoming and quite unprofessional; the guy at the front even referred to us as "Brah" while asking for our order. It was really disappointing. To make matters worse, the management did nothing to address the situation.

While the staff is polite and friendly, there is one issue that persists. I really enjoy the buffalo wings and have ordered the 8, 16, and 24 counts. Unfortunately, every time, a significant portion of the wings are dry. It seems they skimp on the sauce to the extent that the wings aren't even coated, leaving no sauce at all. I've started asking them to open the container for me to check. Once again, in the 24-count order, about a third of the wings were dry and had no sauce. I would appreciate it if all the wings could be at least somewhat coated.

Tried for 20 minutes to order online and had to call because it wasn't working. Phone order was painful. And no pepper flakes. They were out lol. Guess that's why it's been a long time since I ordered pizza hut. Delivery was perfect. deep-dishpizza...undercooked. had to put it in the oven
