This place fits perfectly to the bill, you can get it on the voie vert -traffic free and back naturally or further if you wish. The decor is charming, with my host who is friendly and has a great feeling of fun, he will take your order and likely chat when you are female. The chef is very amenable and cooks great food, I had a cabornad something or other that made a version of bouef bourgignone with beer, perfect for my needs served with big chips. Good selection of beer and wine. There were a couple of local characters that knock the bar up, which were also very friendly and dedicated. Only criticism is that it would have been helpful to have published some hours of opening information at the entrance.
