It is still friendly and from my recollection slightly eccentric? However this time both the service and the food were patchy. We had the feeling that we they could do with a few extra hands and the food was only ok. Seemed at the higher in terms of the other restaurant prices locally which I would say is difficult to justify at the moment. I'm prepared to accept that we might have caught them on an off night, but it all felt a bit rushed and inattentive.

We were seven so we tried a few different ones, some were very good whereas some were just meh. The vegetable tartar was the definition of bland whereas the meat dish was superb. If you choose the right dishes you will be very happy, but there is also a risk of let downs. In general, there were just too little taste from many of the dishes. Many wines to choose from (although we had the house wine) and a very genuine Italian feel.

Dessert was mascarpone with chocolate-very rich but good. The menu is not extensive but everything was delicious. We sat outside which was so pleasant.

I myself had one plate of spaghetti and my husband had a starter and main and it came to €90. There are plenty of other restaurants where you could eat much more food and a better quality for that price. Seemed very tourist orientated.
