The walking pie a la mode is as good as it smells. They also have a cidery on site and a food truck has been here both times I have visited. There is a great hill for the kids (and playful adults to roll down. It kept my kids busy for an hour. There is a shady deck where you can sit and watch them, or bring a picnic blanket and join them at the top of the hill. (If you sit at the bottom a kid may roll into you- you've been warned. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I bought a peach pie there and it cost me $32 then they wanted for a Punkin pie $28 and a cheesecake $40 I bought a peach pie it definitely was not worth it. In my opinion, they’re definitely overpriced on everything they have.. there are other farms there that sell pies at a reasonable cost that are probably better than what I got

The best stop in Apple Hill in my opinion! I so look forward to coming here every year! Joan 's Apple Bakery is definitely off the beaten track. That is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. Formerly known as Kids Incorporated, the original owner 's grown children are now running the farm. And, wow, have they expanded operations! In addition to the same fantastic apple bakery goodies, a gorgeous, modern yet rustic, winery tasting room is now just steps away. I did not have an opportunity to either taste nor peek inside but I am absolutely keeping that on my future, to do , agenda! A list of the available wines/ciders are posted in the bakery and I see they have my fav Pinot on the tasting list! And the buzz is three of the children attended the UC Davis Wine program. Those are certainly top notch credentials! On a sweet note, Joan 's Apple Bakery was renamed in honor and gratitude to their Mother who started the entire enterprise so many years ago! I love that! So if you are looking for hot coffee, apple delights and yummy vanilla ice cream while enjoying the most serene, beautiful and breathtaking views, look no further than Joan 's Apple Bakery at Delfino Farms! And you may find yourself leaving with a few bottles of really good wine!

You have to get the apple pie cheesecake with cider sauce as it is the best cheesecake on earth.. Buy the whole pie with a jar of cider sauce. Buy a quick slice with cider sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream first if you want. Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. You're welcome.

We actually went to their glass pumpkins patch. Wow so many beautiful glass pumpkins to choose from. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return again
