I truly love Core’s food and I’m really sad that I will no longer be getting food from this location cause it’s the closest one to where I live and the rest are... read more I truly love Core’s food and I’m really sad that I will no longer be getting food from this location cause it’s the closest one to where I live and the rest are out of my way, but I’ve had such a long streak of orders that are incorrect andmissing ingredients that I’m just tossing away money at this point. The food really is delicious, which is why I’m givingtwo stars. I’ve been hoping this location would get back on track but I haven’t seen any improvement over the past fewmonths, instead it’s getting even worse which is odd cause they definitely know that their customers are unhappy and there’san issue here that needs to be fixed. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months to see if there’s finally an improvement

Overall I really enjoy the concept, food options, customizability and health level available at these restaurants. That being said, this location in particular is amess. Online orders are nearly always wrong, often missing ingredients or large bowls being half full. If you wait to order inperson during any normal meal time, prepare to wait. The line takes forever because the staff is so slow. I am regularlydisappointed

They seem to all be very unhappy to work here. They have forgot the bacon on my salad almost every time. I added on a soup when I was in mid line last time I was in and the staff made a deep sigh.. today I just left with alarge order they forgot to put the chicken in the southwest chicken Burrito. I ran back in with my kids in the car and theyasked for a Receipt .. I was never actual giving one but it was obvious by opening the burrito that the chicken was missing.I’m not sure if it’s poor management that makes the staff looking like it’s their worst day ever or what but it’s alwaysa unpleasant experience. The food is good but the place just has such a bad vibe I won’t be back.

I have ordered lunch 10+ times and there has not been a single time the order is correct. I am not one to leave negative reviews but in orderto receive the correct food you need to be there and watch the make your order.

I was charged for 2 extra toppings for my salad today, for the first time ever in the history of coming to core life. I have been coming to core life for the last 3 years. And never havebeen upcharged for 2 measly scoops of extra toppings.
