This has to be one of the rudest and least professional establishments I've ever come across. I placed an order at 11:50 for pickup at 12, but when I got to the window, my food had already been sitting under the heat lamp for ten minutes. On Saturday July 1, 2023 I experienced the worst customer service at Krispy Chick a locally owned and operated establishment in camilla Georgia. trying to support local, I ordered food and was told there was a wait for fries. 4 seemingly young individuals working back there had to be reminded by a patron who was watching "the fries are ready, but I guess mine weren 't a part of that batch, there were several people waiting. after eating 15 or 20 minutes I decided ill just take mine without fries. when I asked for my food the dark haired young lady thought she had given me my food, when I told her she hadn 't she appeared completely unbothered. so I asked for my money back, she said ok, till another brown haired young lady informed her that we don 't give refunds. then she asked what I ordered. I told her then she said wee don 't have any white meat. at this point the young lady frying chicken in the back came out to see what the problem was. at this point I walked away cause I was hot and had been waiting in that heat almost 30 minutes, but then I remembered they had my money. then she found the boxed up chicken with my name on it that had been sitting somewhere, the cooked walked outside to talk to me tried to rectify the situation. assured me she would correct my order if I would jus wait 2 minutes, I waited at least 5 to 7 minutes for hot chicken. Well...my 1st time here. They only accept cash or checks. I ordered the 4 chicken tenders with sauce, fries, roll and slaw. $7.15 I asked a out the size of the tenders. They 're a good size! I asked if the slaw was good. I don 't eat slaw, but a lot of people like it! The slaw was vinegary. The tends were thin, short scrawny little things. They were tough. I won 't be back. Food: 2
