This place really makes a delicious sub—better than some of the Subway locations I've been to!
The staff at this Subway were incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in working. I placed an online order, but when my husband arrived, he was told they were out of meatballs. When he asked if they could make more, a young woman bluntly said they don’t make any more after lunch and suggested he could leave a review if he wanted. It’s clear this location doesn’t care about their numerous negative reviews. To make matters worse, she then talked about him to other customers in the store, saying they simply don’t make any more. Terrible customer service and extremely rude behavior.
Just enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this Subway. It was one of the cleanest locations we’ve ever been to, and the two ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable. Five stars!
When we approached the counter to order, we were only asked if we wanted white or wheat bread, as if that was the only choice. The next five minutes were a struggle to place our order—an experience I’m not willing to repeat. I had to repeat every part of my order to two employees who seemed more interested in chatting about their upcoming payday. They were clearly excited since the next day was a holiday, with one of them boasting about an anticipated paycheck of around $600, which seemed unusually high for this type of job. As they prepared our sandwiches, they kept reaching over each other, creating a chaotic and disorganized process. When I requested a hot sandwich, one employee looked completely confused and kept asking if I wanted it toasted, despite me explaining it was supposed to be a cold ham sandwich. It was obvious she didn’t really understand the order, likely distracted by their ongoing chat about kitchen duties. After a long and frustrating ordering process, filled with confusion and mistakes, we finally finished. To make matters worse, the bread they gave us was rock hard and stale, falling apart as soon as I tried to bite into it. Even the pickles tasted off. The ranch dressing was unpleasant, and they used the same knife for all the sandwiches, mixing sauces between orders. As we left, their personal conversation about finances continued without pause, completely ignoring the food prep. I get that this might be part of gaining work experience, but this is exactly why a manager should be present on the floor. They really dropped the ball this time.
I have visited Subway multiple times and encountered several frustrating issues. On September 25, 2021, they were completely out of bread. Then, on December 30, 2021, the only bread choices available were wheat and Italian herb and cheese. I ordered a double meat meatball sub but received fewer meatballs than a regular sub, despite paying extra. Most recently, on October 5, 2022, they were out of cookies and only had white and wheat bread left. To top it off, they locked the doors before the advertised closing time. Overall, my experiences have been quite disappointing.
