There were a few vegetarian options that could easily be made vegan by omitting the cheese. The Navajo taco contains milk, so they use corn tortillas instead. The staff was very friendly!

I stopped at this restaurant on my way back from hiking the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim. It was my first meal that wasn't backpacking food, so it tasted especially good to me! You have the option to get Impossible meat for the tacos or burgers. I decided to try the Impossible burger with onion rings. The service was quick and the restaurant was very clean.

There were a couple of vegetarian choices that could easily be made vegan by leaving out the cheese. The Navajo Taco had milk in it, so they substituted corn tortillas for the base. The service was very friendly and quick!
