Mountain Mike's Pizza - Cameron Park

I had a disgusting experience here for the first time ever two days ago, I ordered a pizza for pick up and once I got home my husband and I began to eat and we both noticed that something wasn’t right, I took a better look at the chicken and meat that was on the pizza and it was undercooked. This has never been a problem before so I decided to call mountain Mike’s and tell them about the issue, a man answered the phone and said that he would check the ovens, I asked to speak with a manager so that I can get some type of refund and he said they don’t do refunds but the manager would be back in a half hour and she will give me a call so I left my phone number for her and still haven’t received a call back. This is so wrong in my opinion. No restaurant should ever send out the food without checking the internal temp. Of the meat. My husband and I got sick we’ve been having stomach issues since we ate just a slice of the pizza‍ terrible terrible terrible experience and I will not be returning. I would still like my refund though, $40 just to get sick. Unbelievable.

Super yummy! Pepperoni is always crispy! Fast service and don't forget they have a lunch buffet

First time visiting this Mountain Mike's. The pizza was very good and the staff member we interacted with was nice. The restaurant had the 80's to 90's pizza place vibe.
