She recommended some... read more I had a fantastic experience at Jamba. The woman who helped me did an excellent job—I can’t recall her name, but it was on October 7, 2022. She recommended some extras that really helped my mom with her cold. Both women working that morning were outstanding members of the Jamba Juice team.

I visited Jamba with my son as a treat after an appointment. There was one other mom and child, but they left quickly. We ordered our drinks inside, then my son... read more I visited Jamba with my son as a treat after an appointment. There was one other mom and child, but they left quickly. We ordered our drinks inside, then my son wanted to sit outside and enjoy our pretzels. Two younger staff members were working. Outside, one table had three water cups left behind, so we chose to sit at another table. The female employee brought our drinks, but then suddenly came back outside, shouting curses about whoever left the cups. She grabbed the cups and continued cursing while going back inside. My son was visibly shocked and told me she was using bad language. This behavior was completely unacceptable. Staff should be mindful of their audience and never curse in front of children or customers. We left immediately and will not be returning.

Many... read more It seems like there may be a scam related to credit card charges at this restaurant. Last month, and again just yesterday, I was billed twice for my order. Many customers might not notice this and could find themselves overcharged. This could be a way to double charge those who pay with credit cards, while friends who pay in cash avoid extra charges, potentially helping to manage inventory and cash flow. Please put an end to this practice of double charging.

I confirm... read more I visited Jamba Juice in Cameron Park today and asked for my smoothie to be thick. Most of the staff recognize me because I go there almost every day. I confirmed my order at the drive-thru, but when I received my smoothie, it was very watery and disappointing. However, when Makayla is working, my smoothies are always perfect. - Mary R.
