The food at this restaurant was cold and unappetizing, and unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund because the staff did not have access to the necessary button. Despite this issue, Skylar B handled the situation as best as he could considering the poor management in place. The customer service at this restaurant was fantastic. My family and I, who are Black Americans, found it refreshing to be treated so kindly. The food was prepared correctly, although the fries could have been warmer and crispier. Overall, I would recommend this Taco Bell. Thank you for the excellent service provided to my family!
