Terrible service and a waste of my money. The employee answering the phone was very abrupt and rushed me through my order. I had to repeat myself several times and in the end I had her read it back to me for clarity. She read it back correctly, then didn't bother to put any of it on my ticket, so my order was still wrong. Food was fantastic, hot, and came early! Very impressed with this location! They even brought condiments and wet naps just in case.
Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Ordered online, waited 20 minutes, drove there, stood behind a party of 3 acted like they had never been to a pizza place and then proceeded to pay individually. Then the young lady behind the counter had no idea how to run the register. Now it 's my turn, I say I have an online order. She can find no order for me. It 's not there. Then the so called manager walks up and says oh our online order system is screwed up . WTF if your system is not working, take it down. I got no apology nothing. He just said I 'll take your order now very rudely. I didn 't wait for another pizza and will never go back there again
The pizza was good. I just had a small mushroom and cheese so nothing too difficult. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom doors were in dire need of cleaning or a good paint job and the cook came out from the back and that really scared me. He was so hairy and it just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Probably wont' go back.
Went here for dinner with my cousin and it was by far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Everything was covered in tons of dust, food on the walls and floor, our pizza smelt and tasted strongly like bleach which then caused us to feel very sick the rest of the day , charged us extra for things we didn't ask for on the pizza and staff that either paid no attention to our needs or stared at us in the distance. Coming from someone that has worked in a food business, this place is definitely behind on health codes and needs serious work or to be shut down. AWFUL place to go. If you're looking for a decent Pizza Hut I would greatly suggest taking a drive to the one in Osage Beach.
