The drink was decent, but it... read more I ordered a simple flavored latte. The barista seemed inexperienced and was being guided by someone who might have been the owner. The drink was decent, but it had a bit of a bitter taste, which I suspect was due to the espresso shot sitting out for too long. I understand that the barista was still in training, so I didn’t hold it against the coffeehouse, and I plan to return in the hopes that the owner can prepare my drink! The space itself is spacious and offers plenty of opportunities for working or meeting up with friends. It felt cozy and comfortable. However, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of a warm greeting (or any greeting, really), especially considering other reviews I've read. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so maybe the owner was just having an off day. I’ll definitely come back to give it another shot when I'm in town again!

Both the cashier and... read more I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was excellent, and you could tell they took their time in preparing my drink. Both the cashier and the manager were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, creating a great vibe. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning!

The customer service wa... read more Nuanced Cafe has a wonderful atmosphere. I spent about four hours working there, and I really enjoyed the delicious coffee and pastries. The customer service was outstanding, and the owner was truly a delight. They played jazz throughout my visit, creating a peaceful ambiance that allowed me to think clearly. Plus, the artwork on the walls and the excellent selection of books made the experience even better. This is easily one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to, and I will definitely return!
