The service terrible. The overall look of the fast food restaurant looks terrible. Now getting to the food. The food is bad. So the chicken is supposed to have a golden crispy outside and the look that ive gotten is not that, its looks brown over cooked.They do not change the oil cause ive never gotten or seen anyone that i know get that golden crisp you find in KFC friedchicken....look at that popcorn chicken. I asked for it made to order and if thats made to order than that oil old. Last timegoing to this place cause thats no way to serve food
Placed mobile order at 3:25 to pick up at 4:45. Got there at 4:43. Told manager I had mobile order and she didn't speak to me again. I sat there for 15 min waiting for them to complete my order. At 5:02, the manager brought my order to the counter. Didnot apologize for the wait or even offer me a drink or anything. I took my order and when home. I should have inspected it atthe restaurant. The chicken was overcooked and semi dry. The corn was dry and chewy (I ended up feeding to the chickens, whothoroughly enjoyed it). The biscuits were good, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
The chicken was the worst I’ve ever experienced—greasy and tasting like burnt oil. While the sides were decent, the chicken was so unappealing that even my dog refused to eat it. This restaurant has really gone downhill since it first opened. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be dining here again.
It wasn't the KFC that I remember and love. The oil definitely needed changing, as the chicken didn't taste good at all. Although the staff was friendly, I was disappointed that the general manager just stood there without greeting me. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking; the tables were in need of a thorough cleaning, and the lamps were dusty. The floors were sticky, and there was grime built up in the booths. I drove an hour to eat here because there’s no KFC in my town anymore, which made this experience even more frustrating. As a former general manager, I can say that while my visit wasn't a complete disaster, both cleanliness and food quality need significant improvement.
