The food is fantastic! Everything I have eaten has been very tasty and filling! It is very easy to order and makes evening meals easy. Great owners as well!
I am on my first week of the keto plan, lunch and dinner. I was a skeptic at first, man was I surprised and the food is delicious. I am 5'11 , 220lbs not a small guy but not a big guy either. For bigger guy or highly active guys and girls I would suggest the athletic portion. I am on the fence about switching to the athletic portion in a few weeks as I am currently having to supplement my meals with extra food like shakes, bars and fruits to get that satisfied feeling and not feel hungry. waiting to see if my body adapts to the smaller portions first and I slow down on the supplemental foods. So far so good, good fresh quality food. definitely not a microwave bowl you find at the Kroger.
This food is delicious. My spouse and I were skeptical but have been pleasantly surprised. We both have multiple food allergies but Kettlebell Cookery has worked with us to accommodate our needs. Also, the food is much more filling than anticipated based on the size of the dish. And, I like knowing that all options are paleo or keto approved.
