really one of the best pub on Sunday I had lunch. great atmosphere, beautiful staff, table for 10 in the heart of the main room and very large portions. This restaurant is not suitable for families with young children. I was denied entry to a friend's farewell party in the conservatory section of the restaurant because I had a 16-week-old baby with me. View all feedback.

Really one of the best pub on Sunday I had lunch. great atmosphere, beautiful staff, table for 10 in the heart of the main room and very large portions. I had the black bell that had fantastic cracks and was stacked high. others had the beef (supplied to order rare/medium/good) and the bun. all great portions with flower cauliflowers, carrots, long stem broccoli, yorkshire padded, big roast spits and gravy. 4 hours of lunch and no one asks us to hurry. great!
Had a great meal for 4, not book, staff very friendly. the lamb was amazing as the fish cake. would be strongly recommended and will be back. thank you.
My absolute favourite place, great eating, great wine selection, which are regularly updated and the best renter jonny! another beautiful meal tonight with the super friendly jade serves us : thanks youngs xx
Very nice meal didn't book. V friendly staff reasonable prices and nice ales. All round good experience will be back.
