a table for 3 for a special occasion booked. armed and sat on the sofas where we were expected to dinate! must work hard to get a waitress alertness. we ordered the chicken roast, wait after 30min to arrive, we were then told, I'm sorry, there's no wow! also I had to return my mild wine, which tasted like a glass-heated lemon juice! all round terrible service, will not be back! Another Saturday, another meal in a delicious dog friendly pub. this time it was the garden gate directly at the hampstead heath railway station. I ordered a selection.
