I have been wanting to write this review for a while now, but with everything that happened at the end of last year - Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc. - it slipped my mind. However, I am finally getting around to it. The Flasks ticks all the boxes for a great Sunday outing. It has the vibe of an old-school pub, reminiscent of years past, even though it underwent a renovation a few years ago. They have managed to maint... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Flask:
I have been a fan of this restaurant for a few years, but last night we were served a fizzy Malbec of poor quality and the service was very rude. I believe the standards have dropped. There are better dining options in Hampstead. View all feedback.
The best fish and chips I had in a London pub, and probably the only one I managed to finish even though it was a large part of how it was delicious! The oil was not smelling (sometimes you have it in the pubs) and I didn't feel rough after eating, just felt very full. My friend said the burger was also very good. In addition, the staff was very polite and it felt really cool, just sit and have good meal and beer, nothing imagination (although prices were not so much, but I was mentally prepared because, well, it is Hampstead, but also £6 for a pint is only London's sad reality now it is not). Thank you.
Brilliant service from the beginning to the end somewhat cold on arrival, so one of the employees put on the radiator next to us. Tommy, our waiter, was very friendly and about everything. The food was also delicious. Unlike some other pubs in the area like the Freemasons.
Came to the Flask for a drink with my family. We loved the atmosphere and the selection they offered. The bartender James was very happy and helped me get a local gin for my gin and tonic. We'll be back soon!
Beautiful and clean pub with plenty of ambience. My husband had the burger and they came with the absolutely best crispy chips. I had a salad with beef root and it was amazing. You do table service that was beautiful for a change! We brought our baby and they have an accessible toilet with changing table, and they have a few high chairs available!
If you are looking for an english Sunday roast look no further than The Flask. Great atmosphere, amazing service and an even better ‘Roast Beef’ meal with the family. @The Flask, we can not thank you enough for making a group of Canadians even happier after experiencing a true “Sunday Roast” Keep it up and I would recommend this place for anyone
