Swung in here while walking around. Was pleasantly surprised. the layout reminded me of a BBQ place that you would see in Texas. Big open restaurant with big tables. Food was good, but you have to order rice separately, the dishes come with salad only,...just fyi View all feedback.

I have frequented and visited Kilburn often, but now this place is a total letdown. The service is lacking, with arrogant staff who don't make eye contact. The portion sizes are also disappointing - my wife and I were surprised by the small amount of chips we received, which other customers had also complained about. Upon further inspection at home, I realized that the portion was incredibly small. It seems like they try to make up for it by filling the box with salad and a piece of naan bread, but it's not enough. I used to come here for the shish kebabs, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
I recently ordered a side of chips from this restaurant and was disappointed. It was one of the worst chips I've ever had, and I've had my fair share of chips. They were overcooked and came in all shapes and sizes.
I personally don't particularly enjoy kebabs, but one of my sons is a fan. The restaurant is clean, conveniently located near a subway station, and spacious. The portions are generous and there is a wide variety of options available. It's definitely not a spot for health-conscious diners, as the menu is full of high-cholesterol options. The kebabs themselves are average and nothing exceptional, but I do believe they are freshly prepared on-site, as I have witnessed the meat being delivered.
Eating was not bad after I visited once, I decided to go back. this time I found a hair in my packaging, which my friend also saw when I showed it to one of the chefs/pears, he showed it to the other person that took the plate from me, removed the hair behind the counter and asked me where the hair was. instead of being apologetic, her behavior was very unprofessional and unethical as to the food business. I'm not going back there. for similar food in the same opposite with better atmosphere and cleanliness I would recommend woody grill on the kilburn high road
Always go here when in london... Freindly guys, good food and decent price.. No frills but good .. Great for a snack ... Has different food also not only kebabs
