Ideally situated for us and we went there twice. Good menu to choose from. Good service and great food

When I questioned why I was not informed when I ordered, Dario pointed to the terms and conditions. He insisted that I should have read them, as he reads the terms and conditions for everything he purchases. This response seemed unprofessional for a manager of a reputable restaurant chain. He eventually offered me a manual discount, and after some hesitation, he declared that my meal was free and aggressively insisted that I should not pay. Despite my desire to pay my fair share using the Tastecard, he refused and even put his hand in my face in a threatening manner. As I was leaving, Dario chased after me and started yelling in front of the entire restaurant, threatening to accuse me of aggression if I reported his behavior. I felt alarmed by his conduct and was grateful that my companion intervened to prevent any physical altercation. I am appalled by his behavior and cannot help but wonder if he would have acted the same if I were a white male. I regret not reporting him to the authorities.

Made an online reservation for 7pm on Dec 26th. Reservation was confirmed via e-mail. I get a voicemail message at 4:30pm saying that they are now closing at 6pm so our reservation is cancelled. WTF, unbelievable...... Avoid this chain

I am a lover of Prezzo and went to Dickens Museum and needed a restaurant for dinner after. I wanted to use my Tastecard and was impressed that Prezzo were accepting them during December. Service was incredible our waitress was Andrea ? she was brilliant, especially as my friend is gluten/dairy free. Bonus was that we could also use 25% off bottle of Prosecco. Where else can 4 of you eat 2/3 course meal with alcohol we had one beer too in December for less than £75 Thank you Prezzo x

The maitre d’ seemed very stressed and informed us when we asked for a table that we had to be gone in two hours. Fair enough, but didn’t make us feel welcome exactly! The food, however, was lovely and well priced. The portion sizes were very generous. The waiter we had was really kind and helpful. When we were ready to pay for our meal I informed the maitre d’ who was in charge of our table, that we had Tesco Clubcard vouchers. He informed us that I should have told him earlier and I couldn’t use them because I’d had the set menu and our children had had the children’s menu, and these were not allowed under the voucher scheme. I told him that my husband had not had any set menu so we would like to pay separately in that case, so we could use some of the vouchers. The maitre d’ refused. I’m not entirely sure why, as we have used Clubcard vouchers for years, including at Prezzo, to pay for meals out. The maitre d’ was quite hostile about it. It was a pity as it spoilt what was an enjoyable meal out with our children.
