What Liveandsee23 doesn't like about Pret A Manger:
They had no iced coffee in hot weather as they ran out of ice or something. The cinnamon danish was nice but would be better with a coffee! What was shocking in a pandemic, despite being quiet early evening with free staff was how filthy it was. The table I sat on was dirty as was the floor. Is it any surprise hospitality gets the blame for increasing cases of the virus? View all feedback.

The food has been made for a long time and is super hot.
This is my favorite Pret A Manger. The service is excellent and the food is always beautifully presented. It is always busy, but there is a nice atmosphere in this Pret. Hey guys, I initially mistook this location for the one on Bernard Street across from Russell Square Station. While I enjoy this Pret, the other one is actually my favorite.
The staff are rude.!! Also the toilets are always out of order. 3 weeks now. I am sure they should be closed.! As you cannot serve food to over ten people , without a toilet.!!!
The coffee is great, the service is good and fast, and the cleanliness is decent.
