Description

Nestled in the vibrant Pancras Square, this small café exudes an urban charm perfect for those seeking a cozy spot to unwind. While the menu boasts an appealing selection of sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, customers have noted inconsistencies in portion sizes and temperature of drinks. Though the service is generally friendly and attentive, the limited restroom facilities and occasional long waits may detract from the experience. Overall, it's a pleasant location for coffee and light fare, though some visitors advise caution regarding the value for money and seating policies during busy periods. Consider a visit on a sunnier day for a more enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed a lovely brunch, ordered some beer and finished with a coffee. The service was excellent and very attentive when needed. The food was delicious with a modern presentation and fresh ingredients. The only downside was that there was only one toilet available when we really needed it.

The atmosphere and service from the staff were helpful and pleasant. However, the cappuccinos we ordered were barely warm. My colleagues were also surprised that a busy cafe, bar, and restaurant with at least 50 seats only had one toilet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Three of us came in today for a drink before heading back to Newcastle and were attended to by a charming, friendly, and professional lady named Natalia. A big thank you for your excellent service - we will definitely be returning next time we are in London.

Saturday morning for coffee and cake with my sister. Chose Notes at my sister’s recommendation. Told to wait for a table, with no idea how long we would have to wait when people were obviously about to leave and other people being turned away. Sent upstairs to a table. Airless space. Eventually somebody appeared who we could ask to order. Asked about cakes and given a menu for the choices. Ordered a large black americano and carrot cake. The coffee was good, but served in a paper cup. Apparently that is how they do large but it would have been nice to know. The cake was very nice. Might be better on a nice day when you can sit outside, but needs somebody to take more responsibility for the customer experience. Also only one toilet!

When I’m in London, before heading home, I always call here to eat. I’ve never been disappointed yet. Todays brunch and coffee was so so good. If you have not been. Try it.
