Mcdonald's - Camden

Mc donalds is great everywhere and this is no exception. I visited this a few times and always sat in the first floor instead of in the floor. everything in a beautiful place.

Was the only one in the waiting area, asked if they had any prepared fries so I could grab them quickly because I was in a rush. Lady on the till said “yes”. Only after payment she said “you’ll have to wait”. What Had to leave with empty hands. Don’t understand what was the problem to say they had to cook the new portion from frozen so it would obviously take time, when time itself was the main question to begin with.

I got a kids meal delivery for my kid, chicken nuggets and chips, but it came with just chips

Always adequate seating and fast service here. The food was always nice, hot and tasty. My food was never greasy or soaked with condiments.

Now I am usually very polite to people in food or general services but the girl behind the counter (i assume team leader or manager) thinks she can make comments about how i dress to her colleagues for a laugh at my expense and I won't clock. I asked her who's she's talking about and she said her friend. You ain't slick, humble yourself. This branch is extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional, they need training in customer service or replacing. This was my experience on 3rd March, around 10.30pm.
