She loves avocado, but that was terrible. dark almost black and two slices of fresh avocado on the top. a table next to us ordered the sane avocado and the complained from the same ground. the waitress has the teller and from the kitchen....considered surprise....very green fresh avocado. so we were really disappointed and made a compaint a waiter. Why did you complain when I served you? the right question. Why do you serve this food? after complaining he said sad i will make a discount. ahahhahahahaha 2 pfund discount. Oh, hello, we'll never come back. 15,35 pfund is a steal!
Had a quick bite after a visit in the nearby hospital, fast service, ok coffee, friendly staff but lacked atmosphere, although it was firm with customers.
Great extensive menu storage for special nutritional needs. reasonable prices for a chain restaurant. good service. wonderful cake and baked.
We ordered 4 bowls of soup, one was the soup of the day and the other vegan soup. Waitress got the order muddled despite its simplicity. One of the soups was basically onions floating in water, we asked for a replacement as it was pretty...much inedible. It turns out it was the last of that particular soup, which the waitress should of told us rather than serving the dregs. All of the soup was lukewarm and tasteless, you can get better out of a tin. The bread was not as described on the menu-dry and probably old not turmeric bread' as described. We asked for some tap water it didn't arrive. When we finally got the waiters attention to pay the bill they didn't know how to work the machine so a colleague helped them and proceeded to upset ketchup all over our friends clothes. After our friends paid half of the bill the waiter just dissapeared leaving us unable to settle our share. We should of just walked out at this point but waited to settle our share. Awful dining experience.I accept that mistakes happen but the complete lack of customer service was shocking. Maybe a few pounds off our bill would of helped, but instead the bill had a standard service charge which we refused to pay. Spend your money elsewhere.
