Tim Hortons - Cambridge

I have had the worst customer service ever at this place. The employees literally do not care about their job. They hand you drinks while having conversations with each other, not even acknowledging you're there. Tim Hortons needs to give their staff a training session on how to treat their customers and how important it is to interact with them and treat them with respect.

I've had so so experience at this location. I've often had difficulties with the staff and confusion of my orders on a couple occasions. I've personally found a simple please/thank you goes a long way and I can't quite say it's been the most courteous location. Not terrible but hasn't really met my expectations.

The coffee was way too strong and acidic. I could barely taste the 3 sugar, it was overpowering! Plus I vomited from the coffee after I got home. it was bad coffee!

The ladies in the morning are amazing and have excellent customer service. however, in the afternoon/evening this one “gentleman” is always having is mask at his neck and whispers to you, also very rude and sloppy. tall, facial hair and wears a turban.

Today, between 2-3pm, I ordered from this location and I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received from the elderly lady with penciled black eyebrows and black hair. First off, she did not say hi how may I help you or anything like it. Rather, she just came and stood in front of the cash register staring at me. I was confused and didnt say anything and she said well do you want to order after which I placed my order. She did not tell me how much my order cost either nor when to pay. She put my order on the counter and started taking the next order. I politely informed her that I had not yet paid and she said well its ready She then proceeded to address the girl behind in endearing words such as ten timbits, anything else honey etc. I am muslim and wear a face cover and I believe her behavior may have been influenced by this factor. I would like this issue to be addressed immediately to prevent others from receiving similar behavior. Had I not been as attentive, I may have left without paying and she would have gotten the chance to accuse/embarrass me.Their food quality is also not the greatest. The tidbits I get from here always have a distinct taste of smoke as though someone had been smoking around of or perhaps touched the timbits without washing their hands. In addition, the employees are always yelling at and ordering each other around. Overall, the environment was quite unfriendly and disappointing for me today.
