We ordered and picked up the meal to go.I ordered a quarter chicken dinner, with stir fry and a bun. The portions were ridiculously small, I barely had any stir fry. My boyfriend had 3 times more fries, I understand fries are cheaper but seriously I was still really hungry after this meal. The piece of chicken I got was also very small. If i am paying $15.00 for a meal at least give me enough food.

Staff are always very pleasant and efficient looking after your needs. Dinners are served quickly and are always hot and delicious. One of the better Chalet locations.

We often eat at Swiss chalets all across Ontario. We've never had bad food there it's always quality and consistent... until this Swiss chalet. It was the worst meal I've ever had from there . I got the rotisserie beef with mashed potatoes and it was completely cold.. the potatoes were literally cold, not just lukewarm but cold. My fiancé got the rib and wings as he always does - his food was cold as well and his ribs looked terrible ; pure fat. The waitress literally did not check in on us until she noticed that we were done with our meal. She didn't ask if we were done or how everything was she just grabbed the plates and slapped our bill on the table. We only ate about a third of our meal as it was awful. Don't waste your money at this Swiss chalet

On Dec. 22 I went there to meet a group for a Christmas lunch. The sign on the door says open at 11AM. At 11:30 Am the restaurant was still closed and the doors were locked. Then a staff member came to the door and said that they were getting ready for Christmas holiday orders. OK, so post a sign on the door that says you are closed and when you will reopen. Better Management skills is needed at this restaurant. Will not return here.
