Pizza Hut

I would give this place one star, but I’m only doing so because it’s mandatory. The staff here appears to lack motivation. I’m not sure if this is a widespread issue in Cambridge, but it’s quite disappointing. When I asked the man at the front counter a question, he completely ignored me, opting instead to focus on taking out the trash rather than taking orders or engaging with his coworkers. It’s really unfortunate; I would suggest steering clear of this location.

The pizza is excellent, and the service provided by Linda and the team is quick and reliable!

The food is excellent, always prepared quickly and fresh. The management is attentive and responsive in handling any issues with your order.

If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. First, their website incorrectly stated that we were outside the delivery area, which we are not. This meant we had to call to place our delivery order, a fact we only learned when we picked up our last order. Additionally, the phone number for the store doesn't connect you to anyone directly; it only plays an automated message. The only option is to press #1 to speak with a customer service representative. I was transferred to customer service three times, and each time, I was given the wrong number for the store. It's beyond frustrating! Please update your website so we can order online!

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite place to eat, but recently, it has taken a turn for the worse. I'm not sure if it's due to new management or some other issue, but the quality has dropped significantly! The pizzas are often overcooked or undercooked. Today, I redeemed my reward points and received a burnt pizza with barely any cheese on it. They did offer me a complimentary pizza, but honestly, at this stage, I feel like this location is beyond redemption!
