Papa Johns - Cambridge

We ordered a XL size veggie garden pizza and it was burnt completely. Very limited veggies and almost no cheese at all. Free food banks can give more quality than this outlet’s pizza. This store is a disgrace to entire Papa John’s outlet chain of restaurants. There is only one person to manage the entire store, negative to no response to any of the customer’s complaints. Almost every single time you can expect a “NO, We don’t have it” answer when you ask for tissue papers, red pepper flakes or plates. The most audacious comment was the store representative once asked me whether should I use a clean pizza cutter or an existing pizza cutter. I asked what is the difference between them. She said clean cutters are used to cutting Veggie pizzas whereas existing pizza cutters are used as common cutters for both Veggie or Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon pizzas. How arrogant? People order Veggie pizzas because of No Meat Preference and still you have the courage to use same pizza cutters for Pepperoni and Veggie Pizzas. This store should NOT run anymore and should be closed immediately.Vegetarian options: XL Veggie Garden Pizza

Ordered a medium 4 topping, was meant to be double pepperoni, mushrooms, double sauce.Sad, I counted 4 small mushrooms and 6 pepperoni pieces. And there was no double sauce.But it cost extra for all the things I didn't get.

Horrible pizza . No sauce no cheese , very very dry pizza . Staff is very unprofessional, No plates or pizza seasoning

We ordered 3 medium specialty pizzas with ordinary crust... if that was ordinary, I'd hate to see how thin their thin crust is! I ordered the specialty hawaiian one and other that the crust, I liked it. My husband ordered the pepperoni meatball one and he didn't like it at all. He said the meatballs were just cheap frozen meatballs and not good at all. So 3 medium pizzas, and 3 pops was $70!! Absolutely no way we will be going again.

Order a pizza from papa John's. unfortunately my friend had a fall and I had to go to the hospital with her. so I canceled the order. but apparently too late . so I paid for a pizza I never got. I very disappointed with this. if it was something I do every week I could understand stand. why can't papa John's still sell the pizza. I'm not impressed ?. but I'm just one person. what can I do.never order uber again. so freaking mad.
