What Andell Marnie doesn't like about A&w Canada:
Ordered this morning Oct 11 at 930am.. I have never ordered from this location and I will never again. I ordered the new chicken breakfast sandwich that was suppose to come on an English muffin. It came on a cheap hamburger bun. No mayo. It was disgusting. I also ordered a sausage English muffin also disgusting. My food was cold and hard. Thank you for left over breakfast. Great restaurant. Well run and managed. Great service from Varinder Manpreet and Vrutika.
We stopped in to the Holiday Inn Drive location at 430p yesterday to pick up a couple meals. I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service. Our meals were hot and fresh. It was our first time at this location and, as the Hespeler Rd location now has horrible service and food, we will make this our go-to location.Dietary restrictions: I love that A&W posts the ingredients to all of their menu items on their website. Makes it much easier when dietary restrictions are required.
Messed up my order and it wasn't busy and they were running around with their heads chopped off. Didn't seem they knew if they were coming or going.

Quality food with quick and friendly service, Varinder was such a great help!! One of the best A&W locations I’ve been to!
