However, we noticed that many people had just been seated when we arrived, so it was clearly not the fault of the server or kitchen.

Oh a second waitress and a second cook was mentioned, but no sour notes at all. Parking was fine as was the menu. Floors chairs and tables were clean. Portions were acceptable we'll back I am sure.
