The best ramen and the best pork bao I've ever had. The squash ice cream could not have been a better close to the meal. Everything contained invention and surprise. Cocktails divine. Service delightful. You must go! View all feedback.
Absolutely stunning dining experience. The atmosphere is well balanced between being warm, social and intimate. It’s been inspiring to see a restaurant sticking up for the right thing throughout the pandemic and to see their resilience through it all. The food brings me back to my time spent in southern Spain and the fusion with Asian cuisine is electric. Cannot wait to dine again!

Any old restaurant can say it aims to create a very special experience for its customers, but PAGU absolutely delivers. From the ambience which feels intimate, whether seated at the banquette tables or even the food bar stools, both of which face the open kitchen and the gorgeously backlit bar, to the aromas, the cocktails and wine list, and then... there's the food. Again, mere words cannot capture the flavor, the layers, the nuance mixed in with the sometimes gentle, sometimes emphatic, nudge, in every. single. bite. Kampachi sashimi. Squid ink oyster bao. Gucci's midnight ramen, short ribs, cedar campfire black cod, and yes, yes, yes to the cheesy wafflato. If you play your cards right, by sharing dishes with others PLUS planning your return before you've even left, you will longingly, wistfully leave at the end of your time feeling that you have had that most special experience: infinitely satisfied, with a very happy mouth, plus lovely memories of a most delicious foodie outing. nirvana. Go ahead, make your plans. #GoPagu #PugLife
4 of us went with 6 pugs to brunch at Pagu today and it was fantastic! The food, the staff, the service and the decor was excellent, plus we got to meet the owners’ lovely pug Pearl! I highly recommend checking it out.
Had an incredible meal at PAGU last week. Chef Chang's combination of flavors in each and every dish is unmatched. Our favorites: Fields of Travel (housemate zucchini water, green chartreuse, sparkling sake). I don't like tend to drink, but ordered two of these because they were THAT good! Squid Ink Oyster Bao: Chances are you've never tasted anything quite like this. It's the perfect combination of crunch, sweet, and savory flavors. Guchi's Midnight Ramen: simply delicious! Jamon Iberico de Bellota: tender and earthy. You will later dream of this! Milk and cookies: not your ordinary cookie... Matcha and hojicha with chocolate chips that melt in your mouth! yum. Now GO!
