Perfect milk tea! I am unsure why the other reviews were so negative. The milk tea here is great! It had the perfect balance of milk, sugar and bubbles. The service was also really quick and efficient. It definitely deserves a higher rating View all feedback.
What swetase doesn't like about Gong Cha:
When I ordered, I was told they ran out of pearls and to come back in 10 minutes. When I went back in 10 minutes , I was told that they have to keep that batch of pearls for a big order they received online . Terrible service. View all feedback.
So delicious! especially Taro with no sugar light ice
The boba was a little tough and the tea was not as strong as I expected. Nothing wrong per se but didn't match my expectations for a Gong Cha.
Great tea, super quick. Boba itself was average but well balanced drink overall.
That is my 2nd time coming here. The same dish I ordered before but this time it's bad .it's just like colored water. The staff was not enthusiastic. Last time there was only one staff member. Although the restaurant was crowded, she was always enthusiastic . This time there were three people, but everything was bad.
One of my favorite places to get bubble tea! They have a nice selection of flavors, with some that I've been unable to find at other tea shops. I highly recommend Gong Cha!
