I visited the restaurant a few days ago, and unfortunately, my caramel shake had large clumps in it, making it impossible to enjoy. The young man who prepared it opened the caramel bag with the metal spout, but I found plastic in my shake. He also spilled some on the outside of the cup before handing it to me. So I just wanted to share that I love the DQ we have in town. I was able to make my daughters birthday fun and especially for them! I was able to order 6 4 pack ice cup cake (smaller versions of their ice cream cake for those who did not try it before). It comes with freezing, wrinkles and small rings to complete it! It's in vain if it makes such a big batch, but it was worth it because I brought them to my daughters childcare. They had an absolute explosion!!! Thanks DQ for my little girls turn 5 in a very funny and unforgettable way!!

I saw a girl working alone who made my blizzard incredibly quickly, and it was the best one I've ever had. While upper management really needs to address the staffing issues, I want to commend the employee for handling it all so well.
