I ordered the walleye (I've had their cod also) and anytime I've ordered fish, it has been dripping in grease. I put it on napkins to absorb some of it but, tho... read more I ordered the walleye (I've had their cod also) and anytime I've ordered fish, it has been dripping in grease. I put it on napkins to absorb some of it but, tho it tastes good, it gives me a stomach ache and the same for the person I had dinner with, and I spend the rest of the evening in the bathroom. I don't know if you need to use a different oil or cook it hotter but it isn't very healthy. I don't eat a meal at Culver's very often because of this issue, and I won't be going back again for quite a while. But the frozen custard is great.
