The Detroit pepperoni was so delicious that we ended up getting three to-go the night after our meal here. The meatball sliders surpassed my expectations and were even better than I imagined. Exceptional pizza!! We got the caprese brick oven pizza and the pepperoni Detroit style. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and the freshest ingredients! The tomatoes are literally bursting with flavor. The dough on the caprese was so good crispy and doughy at the same time. The Detroit was light and fluffy and packed with flavor and those burnt cheese edges oh my. We agreed if we lived near here this would be our go to pizza place. Service: Dine in
Really enjoyed our lunch at Ava’s. The chefs favorite pizza was quite good, as was the homemade Parmesan potato chips. The beignets were huge and delicious. Highly recommend. Ava’s ended up being a great place to host a luncheon for my son and his soon to be bride in their semi private dining area. William was easy to communicate with via email and answered all of my many questions. We were able to set up and decorate the space when they opened and had the room to ourselves for as long as we wanted. The food and service were great and the “family style” portions for the prefix group menu was more than generous. Ava’s was just the right place for a casual yet special gathering of family and friends.
