Arby's - Cambridge

Great food, similar to Arby's. Generally, they aim to please their customers. The staff is very friendly during my visits. However, like any restaurant, the service can vary depending on the timing and turnover. I suggest you give it a try yourself. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade if you have the chance to enjoy it!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and its staff. One time, I arrived early because I didn't set my watch correctly. Even though they weren't open yet, they apologized for my wait and asked if there was anything I wanted to order. They took care of me despite the situation. The manager is fantastic—she's a bit older than I am, and she truly is the best!

During Lent, I had a delicious fish sandwich. However, the chocolate shaker wasn't as impressive as Wendy's chocolate feast.

I placed my order three times at the drive-thru, but when I got home, the order was incorrect. I received a roast pork sandwich that was rolled like a sub. The staff definitely needs better training.

The restaurant has changed since my last visit. I ordered a junior chicken sandwich, but it wasn’t what I expected. Instead of a chicken patty, I received just two strips of chicken that didn’t even cover the bun properly. Given the price, I expected a more substantial serving rather than pieces that left the bun feeling empty.
