What RomseyRocker doesn't like about Five Guys:
There were four children and one adult in our party. We ordered four small burgers and one regular burger, along with two orders of fries and five drinks. The total came to £85, which we felt was quite expensive. The burgers were wrapped in foil and squashed up in a bag, even though we were eating in the restaurant. Go to McDonald’s and save some money. The cashier was very friendly but the food is not worth the price. McD has probably better packaging than Five guys. We are not sure why someone should spend so much money on such lousy food. The ambience in their basement seating area reminds one of some American teen horror movies. Dark with flashing neon light.
Me and my friend decided to try Five Guys for the first time. I got a beef dog and she got a burger, we got fries and drinks too. I knew it was expensive but £17….. Neither the dog or burger was good and the fries were cold. It’s a shame because the staff were really nice.

Always wanted to go to five guys this was our first time. And will be the last time Omg. It was horrible. I had the hot dog with bacon and fries. And have to say. It was vile opend the hot dog up looked like sick only eat a bit. As the presentation of this was terrible. The fries were warm. Not hot. And omg. The price. Asked if I wanted a drink. Would have been 17 pounds. In all I payed 12.50. Never again. Would have been better to go to Bella italia where I had a lovely meal. The night before please guys don’t go to five guys this is the first review I have ever given one star
The hype is justified, the food really is great. Even better was the service. The staff were just lovely and really helpful.
