The food at this restaurant is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. We tried the Asian chicken salad with peanut dressing, and it was absolutely delicious. The calamari salad with a light citrus dressing was fantastic as well; I could really appreciate the various vegetable textures and spices. It's a delightful take on healthy cuisine!
This review is for those who often say “it has vegan options” after just one sentence. Wild Ginger stands out because it offers a daily vegan special and clearly marked vegan dishes on the menu, such as an eggplant dish. This is a notable difference compared to other places in Cambria that don’t have any vegan items listed. We started with the Tofu Satay, which I hadn't expected to be served on a bed of sautéed spinach—it was a pleasant surprise, and the sauce was delicious. I ordered the delicacies, while my companion tried the Szechuan tofu. My dish was the highlight; it featured a flavorful curry sauce and beautifully roasted squash, creating a truly memorable meal. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The only vegan dessert option is a standard sorbet, which I find quite underwhelming. However, the restaurant does offer plenty of outdoor seating and has a pet-friendly terrace. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
