Caribbean Hut - Cambria

We had a great first experience at Carribbean Hut.The jerk chicken sandwich was large with a generous amount of meat! The plantains were a much thicker cut than I've had before, more like a potato wedge, which was a nice surprise and tasted great!My boyfriend said the cabbage side was his favorite part of his meal, which I agree, it was some of the tastiest cabbage I've had!Also, the jerk sauce was so good. I just wish it was a tad spicier! ?We will surely be returning to this small but significant spot!

Husband and I shared a platter and could not have been more impressed!Sooo much food, we will have leftovers for days! The platter comes with your choice of two proteins and three side dishes. We ordered the shrimp, pork and chicken. All was outstanding, our favorite was the shrimp. For our sides we had plantains, conch fritters and lobster mac. The fritters were the bomb, but so were the plantains. To top it all off, we were offered one free, slice our choice, of cherry or sweet potato pie. So nice of them and tasty, too! We will be back!

Great food and is always consistent in taste. Never disappoints! Must try if you get the chance! Favorited are the shrimp and lobster pasta.

The is by far the best place to eat around here!! My only complaint is there aren’t two of them.

Overall their food is really good. The owners are super friendly! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The menu changes often so you need to go to their Facebook page to see where they will be and what they will be serving that day. I highly recommend the j pork, but the j chicken is good, too. I have not tried many of their menu options due to the days I've visited their food truck is serving what I've already had. I got their ribeye today, which was okay, just not as good as the j pork. I highly recommend it!
