Linden At Macdonald Frimley Hall

Went to lunch and was told by the waitress that the restaurant is closed, finally after much back and forth she came back to say yes they could dinate in the restaurant, but only order from the bar menu that is quite limited, especially when they look forward to a proper lunch. so ended with a moderate eiersandwich, which was mostly mayo. the waitress was quite out of hand, ish and repulsive. the whole place smells old and was quite empty, the chairs are worn and dirty and shady look. not impressed! really beautiful reasons. but this is just the rettung of gnade.

Food and service were excellent. the restaurant decoration is not in harmony with the rest of the hotel it feels like a kantine and very obviously they sit where the breakfast is served.

We sung on a Sunday night. it was very quiet and only about 4 other tables. the food we felt was expensive. we ordered burgers for our main course for £16, which was beautiful, but definately it was not worth it. in the restaurant there was no atmosphere.

Very bad experience overall. I booked a 5-course valbine package and when we arrived there, no one knew what it was, despite my email confirmation saying it. I also added a request for a nice table, as we returned, as we married there and I am positive that this message was not passed on by Fork. Food was ok overall, but not reflecting of £100 meal. Could be very easy in a restaurant, but went here for the experience that simply did not deliver

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really take care of the customer's heart. I really can't blame the staff at Frimley Hall Hotel, like for the afternoon tea! WOW! really nice and good value for money £20pp offer at the time). Would certainly be back for another afternoon tea outing and would certainly recommend.
