Sete Mares in Camara de Lobos is great, please do not get confuse with Sete Mares in Funchal, they are part of the same owner but service is from Great to Bad in the same orders. Os pratos de lula e polvo foram surpreendentes. Mesas ao ar livre também têm uma excelente atmosfera.

I was expecting worse honestly when I sat…. I read the comments when was too late! But honestly wasn’t so bad…. Codfish decent with a big portion and very good Sangria. Prices fair..,, still turistic approach but decent
Tourist trap restaurant. Fish soup took 30 minutes (not a a very busy time) and was served lukewarm. I suspect it was frozen and then microwaved. Watery (no roux) and no flavor. I would not return here.

Drinks are fantastic and prompt orders are taken and fast drinks delivery. Poncha a Peacador or Regional Limao, Nikita de Maracuja, they are the best of many drinks served here. Great space, lovely staff and good location.
